Refund & Cancellation Policy – SPS Frozen Mart

Since we deal in frozen and perishable food items, returns and refunds are handled under strict guidelines.

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are applicable only in case of:
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong product delivered
• Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery with proper images.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Frozen food items once delivered cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
